Urban grit - our cities
The urban environment is recognisable to most of us. Photographically, it can be portrayed quite dramatically as a 'landscape', albeit one of concrete, glass & steel rather than the more familiar green, leafy countryside.
I have tried to fill this gallery with a selection of images that portray our cities and towns in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Often this will emphasise the grittiness of city living, but on occasions a softer, more rounded feel may prevail.
